A snore prevention device capable of stopping the snore of a person who is sleeping in bed while snoring so that the quiet sleep of the person in bed is not obstructed. Pillar air bags (41, 42) and rear air bags (61, 62) are disposed, symmetrical bilaterally, on the lower surface of a pillar (12) for the person who is sleeping in bed and in the area of the bed where the shoulder to the upper part of the waist of the person is positioned. The position of the person in bed when snore is detected by a snore sensor (15) is detected by position sensors (16), and the pillar air bag and rear air bag on either of right and left sides where the person in bed is deviatedly positioned are inflated to face the person in bed sideways without obstructing the quiet sleep of the person in bed to stop the snore.
