A beverage dispenser for extracting coffee capable of also dripping a coffee of milder or softer taste than espresso while strictly controlling the extraction of the coffee, characterized in that a hot water route for taking in boiling water for extraction, a transportation route for carrying coffee liquid after extraction to a cup side, and a steam supply route are connected to a cylinder part so that the extracted coffee liquid (L) can be fed to the cup side in a properly heated state. Also, the dispenser is characterized by forming such that pressurization by the cylinder part can be temporarily released after coffee powder charged in a dripper part is compressed with a proper force so that a steaming space allowing the coffee powder to float therein can be formed in the dripper part and, in this state, hot water is supplied into the dripper part to extract the coffee liquid.
