<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved electric surgery generator capable of limiting overvoltage and suppressing transient energy. <P>SOLUTION: A method for sealing tissue electrically and surgically comprises a process (A) for applying first pulse of RF energy to this tissue and a process (B) for applying following RF energy pulse at least a time to this tissue and maintaining RF energy parameter of individual pulse of the following RF energy pulse at fixed parameter or fluctuating it in accordance with at least one feature of transient electricity generated among individual RF energy pulses.
