<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden bat of excellent appearance quality and production efficiency without damaging wood tissue of a wooden bat body. <P>SOLUTION: In the wooden bat with a coating layer 3 formed at least a part of the surface of the wooden bat body 2, a paint composition forming the coating layer 3 is a non-solvent resin paint mainly composed of urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, or the like containing a photopolymerization initiator (a photosensitizing substance) and a thermopolymerization initiator, and formed of a two-stage cured paint composition provided with a first stage curing process cured by the irradiation of UV (ultraviolet rays) and a second stage curing process cured by heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
