DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD CREATION SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE METHOD USING DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital business card creation system allowing reduction of risk of forgetfulness or a loss of a business card by use of a new business card forming system, and to provide a customer service method using the system.

SOLUTION: This digital business card creation system has: a means allowing a visitor to notify a customer service person of one's own mail address; a means allowing the customer service person to transmit the visitor's mail address to a database from one's own terminal; a means registering the transmitted visitor's mail address into the database; a means transmitting a URL of a page for downloading the digital business card including information about the customer service person to a visitor's terminal from the database; and a means allowing the visitor to access the URL destination so as to acquire the digital business card. The digital business card has remarkably much information amount as compared to a paper business card. Use of the digital business card reduces possibility that the visitor loses the business card or forgets it somewhere.
