OPTICAL CIRCUIT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical circuit of which loss is low and in which optical design is easily reflected. SOLUTION: The optical circuit is configured so that a dielectric multilayered film wavelength filter 2 is fixed in the groove provided in the substrate 4 of an optical waveguide with a photosetting resin material and also a photosetting resin material region 13 where the photosetting resin material is filled is formed on the substrate and, on the other hand, lens-shaped media 5-a, 5-b are self-formed by irradiating the photosetting resin material of the photosetting resin material region 13 with formation light having a wavelength which gives the change of a refractive index.
