PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer-cement composition in which the elongation of a substrate crack is large in an initial stage, and which has sufficient elongation of the substrate crack even after deterioration with the lapse of time, and excellent long-term waterproofness, water resistance and weatherability, and which is excellent in workability, especially a polymer-cement composition large in substrate crack followability at a low temperature. SOLUTION: In the polymer-cement composition comprising a powder including alumina cement and an emulsion, the polymer-cement composition contains an ultraviolet absorber and/or a light stabilizer. The ultraviolet absorber is a compound having a benzotriazole group, and the light stabilizer is selected from compounds having a hindered amine group or 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine-1-oxyl.
