PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device in which the manufacturing cost of a housing is reduced, and adhesive at a fixing part of the housing to a bearing sleeve or the like can be omitted. SOLUTION: A housing 7 is formed by injection-molding resin material in which carbon nanotube as conductive filler is blended by 2-35 vol.% in liquid crystal polymer (LCP) as crystalline resin. A bearing sleeve 8 is inserted in an inner circumferential surface 7c of the housing 7, and fixed to the housing 7 by ultrasonic welding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
