PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for posting a message (MSG) that a sender deposited into an box (12) of a receiver's messaging server (1) for the receiver's telecommunication terminal (2). SOLUTION: The method and the system include a step to send an illustration (8) search request from the server to a directory device (3), a step to send the illustration from the device to the server, a step to send the message and the illustration from the server to a server center (MMSC), and a step to send a multimedia message (MMS) containing the message and the illustration from the server center to the terminal.
