PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional calling apparatuses that a ringer tone cannot be heard when a headset is plugged into a PC and detached from ears and the arrival of a phone call cannot be discriminated if the ringer tone cannot be heard even when a user leaves the PC front. SOLUTION: A headphone reproduction section 44 converts ring tone data multiplied with a gain coefficient k6 into an analog signal and supplies the analog signal to the headphone 7b. The headphone 7b sounds a ringer tone with a headphone arrival tone volume level set by the user to ears of the user in a timing when the phone call comes from another VoIP client 5. Further, a gain adjustment section 43 multiplies a gain coefficient k7 being a speaker ringer tone volume set by the user with PCM data of a ring tone being a decode output from a decode section 41 and supplies the resulting level to a speaker reproduction section 45.
