PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the security, to control modulated light, draft and ventilation of the inside, and to facilitate opening and closing by using a blind window body comprising slats having hard rod-like bodies and thin plate-like members combined together, and a hard strip-like body vertically connecting the slats. SOLUTION: A window frame body has vertical and linear opening parts in its right and left inner sides. The widths and the lengths of the openings are the same and the positional relationship thereof is opposite. In the window frame body, a plurality of hard rod-like bodies, which form the slats by unifying their upper sides with the thin plate-like members having the width of the inner window frame, are arranged in parallel in a manner that their both ends protrude from the opening parts. The rod-like bodies are rotatably connected vertically by the hard strip-like body which is fixed to the upper side of the window frame body at a plurality of random positions. Where the rod-like bodies come into contact with the lower side of the frame, they are fixed to an end rod-like body to lead them to be fixed to the window frame or to be moved by a device.
