PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural plate for use in a roof 4 and the like, which can properly take in sunlight even if the sunlight cannot be obtained from a lateral direction. SOLUTION: In this structural plate, many holes are drilled in a metal roof material 7, and a drilled part is fixed in the state of being covered with a synthetic resin plate 8 with translucency. Preferably, a deck plate 7, wherein a valley part 5 and a mountain part 6 are continuously bent, is used as a plate material. The plate material does not have to serve as the roof material 7, and for example, a plate material, which constitutes a wall, can also be used.
