PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding wheel for cutting a pipe whereby cutting of the pipe and taper grinding of a cut end fringe are simultaneously performed, and satisfactory economical efficiency is provided because it can be used for a long time. SOLUTION: Tapered grinding parts 4, 5 having taper shape are symmetrically provided on both sides of a doughnut-like cutting part 3. A grinding wheel 1 for cutting the pipe and a grinding wheel 2 for grooving having a projecting grooving part 10 are separably connected with the same shaft to realize the composite grinding wheel.
