PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the freedom of design concerning the size of the diameter of a heat insulating body in a pot, the insulating efficiency of which is improved by interposing a cylindrical heat insulating body between an inner container and a body member. SOLUTION: The position of an outside periphery rib 17 in the radial direction is changed in accordance with a design value of the diameter of the insulating body 24 by providing an inside periphery rib 16 supporting the inner container 8 on an annular shoulder member 5 forming the opening 4 of a pot body, providing a concentric outside periphery rib 17 extending downward on the outside of the inside periphery rib 16 at prescribed intervals and fitting and aligning the upper end of the heat insulating body 24 into the outside periphery of the outside periphery rib 17.
