<p>The device is assembled of a base designed as a u-profile (11.1, 11.2, 11.3) to be joined to a workbench, a clamping unit (36, 36.2) for holding the chain link or the blade (6), and a clamping unit (25.1, 25.2) for a power tool (26) with a grinding disk (33) joined to a rotating shaft (26.1). A leaf spring (38) is attached to the upper surface of the base, acting as a stop for the individual tooth to be sharpened with its front end.
