<p>Radiation member (1) of Fig.1 comprises heat conductance substrate (11) of, for example, a metal of high heat conductivity such as iron, copper or aluminum and, superimposed on the surface thereof, tourmaline layer (12) composed mainly of tourmaline powder, or comprises a substrate of, for example, low melting point metal or synthetic resin having tourmaline powder mixed therein. This construction enables providing a radiation member whose radiation effect can be expected to be greater than that of a radiation member composed of a substrate provided with black coating, and further an apparatus or parts including the radiation member are provided.</p> |
