<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording sheet judgment device capable of totally detecting and judging a condition of a recording sheet with a comparatively simple constitution, and an image formation device using it. <P>SOLUTION: This recording sheet judgment device comprises a sheet storing means capable of storing recording sheets, an image pick-up means picking up an image of one or both of the sheet in the sheet storing means and the sheet storing means and obtaining image data, and a judgment means judging a condition of the recording sheet based on the image data obtained by the image pick-up means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
