<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate consisting of a transparent substrate and a transparent resin film which have excellent transparency and adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate consists of the transparent substrate and the transparent resin film of which the peeling strength with respect to the substrate measured by a surface-interface cutting method is 0.05 kN/m or above.
