PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal composition containing an amino alcohol derivative or a sulfonic acid derivative, its pharmaceutically permissible salt or its pharmaceutically permissible ester as an effective ingredient.

SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains the amino alcohol derivative expressed by formula (I), its pharmaceutically permissible salt or ester or the sulfonic acid derivative as the effective ingredient. In formula (I), R1and R2express each H, an amino-protecting group, or the like; R3expresses H or a hydroxy-protecting group, or the like; R4expresses a lower alkyl; (n) expresses 1-6 integer; X expresses O or N which is unsubstituted or substituted with a lower alkyl, or the like; Y expresses ethylene group, or the like; Z expresses a 1-10C alkylene, or the like; R5expresses an aryl, a substituted aryl, or the like; R6and R7express each H, or the like; when R5expresses H, Z expresses a group except a straight chain 1-10C alkylene.
