<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerated material not only recycled as regenerated aggregate from sludge which has been hitherto only land-filled in a final disposal site, but recycled as crusher-run, regenerated aggregate for ready-mixed concrete and used as artificial fish bank, a revetment block for river or the like without adversely affecting an ecological system by using a solidifying agent which suppresses the elution of harmful materials contained in the sludge to adapt to the natural environment as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The regenerated aggregate from which the harmful component is hardly eluted is manufactured by adding cement and the solidifying agent which is a compound composed essentially of a lignosulfonate derivative and magnesium chloride into the sludge or the like and mixing them by stirring to suppress the elution of the harmful material by the neutralization and solidification, granulating after crushing or without crushing, and applying coating film with cement or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
