PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color chart for adjusting the color of a printer and a monitor in an endoscope during the analog signal connection between pieces of equipment in detail and objectively. SOLUTION: The color chart has first, second, and third color chart groups comprising a plurality of color charts in the same size arranged in a row in the first direction. Each of the color chart for composing each group of color charts is composed, where R, G, and B are mixed at a fixed ratio. The first group of color charts indicates gradation, where the ratio of R increases monotonously for each color chart in the array direction of the color charts and the ratio of G to B decreases monotonously for each color chart. The second group of color charts indicates gradation, where the ratio of G increases monotonously for each color chart in the array direction of the color charts and the ratio of R to B decreases monotonously for each color chart. The third group of color charts indicates gradation, where the ratio of B increases monotonously for each color chart in the array direction of the color charts and the ratio of R to G decreases monotonously for each color chart.
