PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly seal a clearance between a panel and a driving unit fixed to the panel. SOLUTION: The sealing structure for a power window device comprises the driving unit 8, and a driven unit 9 driven by the driving unit 8. A gear case 82 of the driving unit 8 is fixed to a first side surface of the panel 6 composing a part of a door, and the driven unit 9 is attached to a second side surface of the panel 6. The driving unit 8 and the driven unit 9 are coupled with each other through a connecting hole 63 provided on the panel 6. Annular projecting portion 64, 65 are provided around the connecting hole 63 in the first side surface of the panel 6, and a seal member 15 is provided between an opposing surface 82a opposite to the first side surface of the panel 6 of the gear case 82 and an area including the annular projecting portions 64, 65 in the first side surface of the panel 6.
