PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin ink cartridge having an ink chamber high in sealing property. SOLUTION: The ink cartridge 1 has four ink chambers 3(1) to 3(4) formed by fusing a three-dimensionally molded flexible plastic film 13 to the surface 8a of the bottom plate part 8 (rigid plastic plate) of a case main body 6. The flat face part 13a surrounding the raised parts 13(1) to 13(4) of the flexible plastic film 13 is fused to the flat part surrounding the recessed parts 8(1) to 8(4) on the surface 8a of the bottom plate part 8, forming ink chambers having high sealing property. The ink chambers 3(1) to 3(4) need to be protected with a case lid 7 only on the flexible plastic film 13 side, and the other sides are protected with the bottom plate part 8, which eliminates the need for arranging an additional protective case member, thereby a thin ink cartridge can be realized.
