PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vertical cross talk and to enhance the display quality in an electrooptical device utilizing a time division drive. SOLUTION: A correction voltage Vamd having a prescribed voltage level and time-sequential data voltages V(1, 1)-V(3, 1) are outputted in a prescribed period onto an output line DO1. The correction voltage Vamd is all at once supplied to a plurality of data lines X1-X3 disposed corresponding to the output line DO1.
