PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flare pipe joint structure which is adaptable even when the diameter of a connection pipe is changed, and a product using the same. SOLUTION: The flare pipe joint structure comprises a joint body with a fluid passage to allow fluid such as pressurized refrigerant to pass built therein, a pipe having a trumpet-shaped expanded portion abutted on a conical fastening surface of an end part of the joint body on a terminal, and a flare nut which has a cone-shaped storage surface to store the trumpet-shaped expanded portion of the pipe and is fastened to the joint body by screws via the cone-shaped storage surface. The diameter of the fluid passage of the joint body is substantially set to be the smaller inside diameter of the pipe so that the size of the conical fastening surface of the joint body is adaptable even when the size of the trumpet-shaped expanded portion is changed.
