HINGE CARTRIDGE FOR DOOR HINGE, AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING DOOR HINGE AND HINGE CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cartridge to be incorporated in a door hinge for rotatably suspending a vehicle door on a car body. SOLUTION: This hinge cartridge comprises units 2 and 4 that can be rotatably fixed and connected to first hinge parts 21 and 34, a bolt 1 that can be rotatably fixed and connected to second hinge parts 22 and 35 to be supported to be rotatable to the units 2 and 4, and a fixing device to lock the bolt 1 within a set angular range to the units 2 and 4. The units 2 and 4 comprise a radial direction seat surface 6 to lock rotation of the hinge cartridge in holes 25 and 36 in the first hinge parts 21 and 34, and at least one bearing 5 to radially support and axially support the bolt 1 to the units 2 and 4. The hinge cartridge can be pushed into the holes 25 and 36 in the first hinge parts 21 and 34 as a single body including at least one bearing 5 having the seat surface 6 that are not separable.
