PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lifting device for facilitating maintenance and inspection work for a vehicle by improving the stability of a lift plate part. SOLUTION: A lift mechanism 3 for moving the lift plate part 2 upward and downward comprises a fixed guide part 31, a mast part 32 comprising a frame with a rectangular cross section, and a power part 33 for moving the mast part 32 inserted in the fixed guide part 31 upward and downward. The fixed guide part 31 comprises a pair of opposing masts 31 with a predetermined space therebetween in a longitudinal direction of the lift plate part. The mast part 32 comprises an outer mast 31a, and an inner mast 32a slidably inserted on the opposing side of the mast 31a. The power output section 33 comprises a cylinder disposed on a center axis of the mast part 32, a rod partly inserted in the cylinder, and an upper plate 34 connected to the upper face of the inner mast 32a and the upper face of the rod.
