PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of an sun visor for shading that can be easily disassembled by re-opening front and back half cores after closing without breaking an included engaging means. SOLUTION: A plurality of engaging projections are erected on the inside surface of each of the front and back half cores, and are faced to each other on both sides of an assembling plate having a plurality of engaging holes corresponding to the engaging projections, and the core body assembling structure of the sun visor is easily assembled or disassembled by engaging the engaging projections with the engaging holes.
