PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device in a vehicle capable of enhancing user-friendliness by imparting variation to its use form. SOLUTION: A storage case 3 is provided with an operation lever 9, a slide member 10 and a pair of engagement members 11, 11. When the operation lever 9 is operated in the state where the storage case 3 is closed, the slide member 10 is downwardly slid/moved and the respective engagement members 11 are guided by an inclined surface 10a of the slide member 10 and are horizontally moved so as to approach to each other in resistant to a press spring 18. Therefore, the lock state is released to an engagement claw 19 and the storage case 3 is positioned at a first release position where storage holes 7, 8 are directed to an oblique/upward direction. Further, when the operation part 14 is operated in the state to rotate the storage case 3, it becomes the state where the storage case 3 is positioned at a second release position where the storage case 3 becomes approximately horizontal.
