PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load placing table capable of transporting freight articles 22 and 23 efficiently by introducing such a structure that the table body 1 can be heightened or lowered in accordance with the freight articles 22 and 23. SOLUTION: The load placing table has the table body 1 which partitions a box-shaped rear body 21 of a truck 20 into upper and lower parts and is furnished with folding legs 3 having a height approximately one half of the box-shaped rear table 21 of the truck 20. Leg holders 2 are fixed to the confronting sides of the table body 1 in rectangular shape, and a loose fit hole 11 and an engaging hole 12 to be put in mutual communication are provided in the leg holder 2, and a key member 10 capable of moving to the loose fit hole 11 or the engaging hole 12 is provided in the upper part of the leg 3.
