摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deformation amount of a center pillar to the inside of a cabin at the time of side collision, while suppressing a sharp increase of the weight of a vehicle body and reduction of a space in the cabin. SOLUTION: An impact bar 30 (40) is disposed in a side door 8 (10) located before and after the center pillar 3. In the impact bar 30 (40), one end part to be the center pillar 3 side is set to be lower than the other end part. When closing the side door 8 (10), the one end part of the impact bar 30 (40) or a gusset 32 (44) joined to the one end part is overlapped on a side sill 1 in a vehicle width direction (The one end part of the impact bar 30 (40) or the gusset 32 (44) is located to be lower than an upper surface 1e of the side sill 1). The other end part of the impact bar 30 (40) is overlapped on a hinge pillar 5 or a rear pillar 6 to be vertical side parts extending in the vertical direction on a vehicle body side in the vehicle width direction.
