PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article which enables a screen printing pattern of uniform quality to be acquired at a thermal head supporting member of a silk screen platemaker. SOLUTION: The supporting member 12 fixing a thermal head 12 is provided with an elastic supporting function. Namely, the supporting member 12 is constituted of an elastic supporting section 12d and 12e extending to both end sections with the center part 12c to be a base. The central section of a pressing paper roller 14 curves upward, but both side sections of the thermal head 10 and the supporting member 12 curve downward.Thereby, an uniform pressure interacts on the whole between the supporting member 12 and the pressing paper roller 14, and the screen printing pattern of more uniform and excellent quality is acquired.
