PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of differences in color tone and concentration of ink between bands before and after cutting and normal bands even in the case where a paper leading end cutting operation for frameless printing is carried out in the middle of image recording. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device has a recording control part 26 configured to determine a timing for carrying out cutting of a paper sheet 19 on the basis of image leading end position information and paper cutting position information after recording of an image 54 is started at the time of frameless printing. According to the inkjet recording device, a band interval time from a recording end of one band to a recording start of the next band is maintained constant over all bands of the frameless printing.
