PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly glossy water-resistant sheet excellent in ink drying properties, friction resistance and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The water-resistant sheet is constituted by providing a coating layer, which contains particles comprising an organic resin with a glass transition temperature of 80°C or above and a binder, on the surface of at least one of the thermoplastic resin layers of a laminated sheet having the thermoplastic resin layers as one of or both of the outermost layers of the sheet or at least on one side of a sheet comprising a thermoplastic resin.
