PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method for a freezer, a cold storage warehouse or the like and a detergent solution used therefor. SOLUTION: The cleaning method for a cold storage warehouse and/or a freezer includes (a) a process of applying a detergent solution containing an antifreeze solvent and a detergent, (b) a process of rub washing, and (c) a process of recovering the detergent solution containing dirt. A detergent solution containing (I) an antifreeze solvent containing a water soluble solvent and having a freezing point of -20°C or lower and (II) a detergent containing a surfactant is used. The method shows a good cleaning performance and provides a gunk-free floor surface, is sanitary, economical and ecofriendly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
