PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a handcart for carrying medicaments equipped with a leg wheel, a hand-pushing member, a storage compartment and a medicine information management device in a housing, more usable and convenient. SOLUTION: The handcart comprises an inside cleaning device 50 for removing dust while circulating air inside the storage compartment 33 and an inside refrigerating device 60 for refrigerating the inside of the storage compartment; and the medicine information management device 45 is mounted in a housing 40. Accordingly, the medicaments are stored, discriminated and managed, and carried in the handcart pushed by hand.
