A wind power plant has a bogie, on which a supporting device (SD) fits for a cleaning device (CD) (5). The SD has supporting elements (SE) for bringing near to rotor wings (4). The SE have a telescopic cantilever arm (TCA) (6). The CD is held near the TCA's free end. The CD has a brush to be set in motion.
