<p>An oxide electrolyzing electrolysis device comprising a common cathode (12) and two types of anodes (a first anode (14) provided below the cathode and a second anode (16) provided in parallel to the cathode) that are shaped and arranged differently and placed in an electrolytic bath (10), a first electrolytic control unit (18) connected between the cathode and the first anode, and a second electrolytic control unit (20) connected between the cathode and the second anode. A combination of the cathode and one anode is used as a main electrolysis and a combination of the cathode and the other anode is used as an auxiliary electrolysis to electrolyze a material to be processed (22) in the bath. The device can prevent the non-uniformity of electro-deposition and increase a processing speed and crucible durability, and permits a commercial-scale spent nuclear fuel reprocessing by a dry reprocessing method.</p>
