<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of an image by reducing density variation due to the time difference in a boundary before or after the interruption of recording operation, even if the recording operation is interrupted halfway. <P>SOLUTION: When print data are written in frame units on a printing buffer having a plurality of frames, and the print data are read in frame units from the printing buffer to form an image, in case the numbers of frames of the print data in the printing buffer become less than the predetermined numbers of frames, image formation process is stopped to read the same print data before and after reopening of the image formation to allow the print data to be treated with a predetermined masking treatments 604a, 604b to form an image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
