<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telematics control system and control method capable of being suitably used for a fuel cell power source of a vehicle wherein a power system, an electric system, a telematics system and a vehicle body/driving system are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: The telematics communication system includes Internet, a digital video broadcast amusement apparatus, a digital audio broadcast, a digital multimedia broadcast, a satellite-utilized positioning system, navigation, safety service, an intelligent transmission system, and/or a universal mobile communication system.
