<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of preventing image processing in a side-effect manner from being performed as little as possible when correcting image data. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 21 that forms the center of image processing, designates an area desired to apply image processing, decides while moving a target pixel whether or not each of pixels comprising an actuality image belongs to the designated area and executes designated image processing if affirmative.
