<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit for a switching power supply that compensates the phase, in a switching power supply of a multi-phase system. <P>SOLUTION: This control unit for a switching power supply includes duty cycle generating means 20, 20 that detect the duty cycle of drive signals PS1, PS2 for controlling the switching elements of the switching power supply of the multi-phase system and generates signals D1, D2 corresponding to the duty cycle; calculation means 21, 21 that calculate the signal D1, D2 corresponding this duty cycle, blocks low-frequency components, and perform integration; control signal generating means 23, 24 that generates a control signal CS, based on a difference value between a target voltage V<SB>R</SB>and an output voltage V<SB>O</SB>of the switching power supply; a difference-calculating means 25 that calculates the differences between the control signal CS and signals IE1, IE2 calculated by the calculation means 21, 21; and drive signal generating means 26, 26, 27, 27 that generate drive signals, based on difference signals RCS and ramp signals CT1, CT2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
