<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adhere a light transmission type optical part such as a cylindrical lens. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical lenses 111 and 112 are inserted in the aperture part 113 of the lens holder 110 with their convex surfaces upside. The positions of the lenses 111 and 112 in the longitudinal direction of the aperture part 113 are adjusted and the end faces of the lenses 111 and 112 are made to abut on each other near an adhesive holding part 116. A visible light hardening type adhesive 106 having low viscosity is injected in the adhesive material holding part 116 in a state where visible light is shut off. The adhesive 106 is spread from the adhesive material holding part 116 to the side surface of the aperture part 113 and a flange part 114 by surface tension, so that the contact parts of each lens with the side surface of the aperture part 113 and the flange part 114 and the abutting parts 117 of the end faces of the lenses 111 and 112 are filled with the adhesive 106. Thereafter, the adhesive 106 is irradiated with the visible light to be hardened, whereby the abutting parts 117 of the end faces of the lenses 111 and 112 are adhered, and the lenses 111 and 112 are adhered to the lens holder 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
