<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet type sealed treatment tank usable in anaerobic treatment of sewage. <P>SOLUTION: A rectangular reservoir-like pit is dug in the ground, and impermeable sheet 1 is lined over the whole inner surface of the pit to form a sewage treatment tank 2. The sheet 1 is made of rubber with seams thermally welded by a welder. A roof sheet 5 is attached to cover an upper part of the tank 2, using the same material as the sheet 1. Buoyancy bodies 6 are attached to a rear surface of the roof sheet.
