<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of an open/close detector when it is closed and to allow easy position adjustment during assembling, relating to a mobile terminal having an openable part and the open/close detector for detecting the opening/closing of the part. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 40 having a lower section 41 and an upper section 42 that can be opened and closed relative to the lower section 41 includes a magnet 414 and a magnetic sensor 413 disposed in the lower section 41; and a magnetic plate 422 disposed in the upper section 42 for leading the magnetic force of the magnet 414 disposed in the lower section 41 toward the magnetic sensor 413 disposed in the lower section 41, when the upper section 42 is closed to the lower section 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
