PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data relay system that facilitates a wireless connection between a USB host and a USB device. SOLUTION: An image reproduction system includes a first relay device 1 for connection to the USB device and a second relay device 2 for connection to the USB host. The first relay device uses a first wireless communication means to transfer to the second relay device the data to be sent that is outputted from a first USB communication means. The first relay device has a first relay control means that uses the first USB communication means to transfer to the USB device the data to be sent which is outputted from the first wireless communication means. The second relay device uses a second wireless communication means to transfer to the first relay device the data to be sent which is outputted from a second USB communication means. The second relay device has a second relay control means that uses the second USB communication means to transfer to the USB host the data to be sent which is outputted from the second wireless communication means.
