PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic nonwoven fabric which can be produced in excellent productivity, has good touch and good hand, does not give a tacky, touch, when touched, and has a high extension recovering property. SOLUTION: This elastic nonwoven fabric having a 100 % extension recovery rate of≥70 % and an excellent hand is characterized by comprising a resin composition comprising a polyester-based elastomer resin as the first resin component and a polyester-based elastomer resin as the second resin component, wherein a melting point difference between the first resin component and the second resin component is -120 to +20°C.
