PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor device with a display unit having good visibility and the largest possible display area for giving timely information to passengers. SOLUTION: The passenger conveyor device comprises a conveyor for carrying passengers, a moving handrail for moving at the same speed as that of the conveyor, a handrail driving part for driving the moving handrail, and an image display element provided on the surface of the moving handrail.
