PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing sheet for a steel plate with which adhesion and reinforcing property can be increased. SOLUTION: The reinforcing sheet for steel plate comprises a binding layer 1 and a reinforcing layer 2, and the thicknesses of the binding layer 1 and the reinforcing layer 2 are both 3.5 mm or less and the reinforcing layer 2 has 2.0 N/25 mm or more of an adhesive force to an oil face cold rolling steel plate at 5°C and 18 N or more of a bending strength after heating at 160°C for 20 minutes.In this way, both of the adhesive force and the reinforced property can be increased, which have not so far been attained at the same time, whereby the sheet can tightly be adhered to a steel plate 4 of machines in various industries, followed by foaming, resulting in reinforcing effectively the steel plate 4.
