PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively produce a head substrate having multiple solvent guides arranged in a two-dimensional manner precisely at the regular intervals, in a static electricity type substrate of a liquid drop ejection head which projects from a base, guides a solvent such as ink containing electrified particles or the like and has the solvent guides ejecting the guided solvent using static electricity. SOLUTION: When a head substrate is produced, the ink guides 22 of the multiple ink guide rows with the multiple ink guides projecting from the base and formed in a row and a sacrifice layer 40 are alternately laminated, and then the sacrifice layer 40 is removed. When the head substrate is produced, the laminated member, wherein an ink guide forming scheduled region and a sacrifice layer 70 are alternately laminated, is subjected to an etching treatment for once to be patterned into a prescribed shape to remove the sacrifice layer 70.
